_A_d_d _r_o_w_s _t_o _a _t_a_b_l_e

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Function to add new rows to a table. It requires an exact matching
     among colnames and the table colnames (although they do not have
     to be in the same order).

     If the table has one of the primary keys missing (or the primary
     key missing, if there is only one),  this function uses rownames
     as values.

     If a row already exists in the database, it will be updated.

_U_s_a_g_e:

     ## S4 method for signature 'aRTtable':
     addRows(object, data)

_A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s:

  object: Object of class 'aRTtable'.

    data: A 'data.frame'.
